Manchester United beat Omonia in Europa League action as Marcus Rashford covered and Anthony Martial saved Erik ten Hoag. The former scored a brace as he scored a critical strike in the final to shoot the Red Devils in the palm of his hand.
United dominated the opening 20 Twinkles with 82 possessions, completing 220 passes and taking eight shots compared to Omonia’s 51.
However, their pressure in and around the Omonia box failed to find the net, with Ronaldo and Antoni both reaching to score in the opening 45, only to be denied by goalkeeper Fabinho with emotional saves.

But the Red Devils secured the crucial three points and reached the knockout stage.
